Sport Overview
Handball is a sport which is played by 7 players per team (one is a goalkeeper) using a palm-sized ball and shoot against the goal of the opponent to score. Three elements of 'running, throwing, jumping' are essential, and the highlights of this sport are speedy offence/defense and jump shoots with dynamic movement.

*The age of youngest registered team member determines which age category the team will compete in.
Eligibility
Nothing in particular
In the ranking competition, no individual application for participation is allowed.
In the exchange oriented competition, individual application for participation is allowed. The members of each team will be decided by the executive committee.
Athletes can only participate in either the ranking competition or in the exchange oriented completion, but not in both.
[Age Requirement]
Minimum age is 30 (born on or before 31 December 1991)
In line with the sport-specific rules, an athlete must compete in their designated age group, with your age determined as at 31 December 2021. For example, if you are 39 during Games time but have turned 40 by 31 December 2021, you would compete in the 40+ age category.
