Swimming(Diving)
Sport Overview
Diving consists of two events: springboard diving, where divers leverage the resiliency of a duralumin springboard in their performance, and high diving, where divers jump into the water from a fixed platform. Divers are given points according to the difficulty and execution of their techniques.
In their performances, divers can vary the direction of takeoffs or somersaults, add twists or start from a handstand position. Points are given based on various aspects of a performance, including the elegance of the combination of three types of spinning positions (straight, pike and tuck) and the amount of splashing that occurs when hitting the water.

Limited to persons with experience
【Age Requirement】
Minimum age is 25 (born on or before 31 December 1996)
In line with the sport-specific rules, an athlete must compete in their designated age group, with your age determined as at 31 December 2021. For example, if you are 39 during Games time but have turned 40 by 31 December 2021, you would compete in the 40+ age category.
