Sport Overview

Postponement has been decided for the World Masters Games 2021 Kansai.
The new dates are being arranged.
Please note that the followings are the information before the postponement was confirmed.

In squash, players take turns in hitting a ball that bounces off the wall in front of them. The ball must be hit before it bounces twice. Players can win rallies by using the side walls and rear wall to manipulate the direction of their shots or aiming at the corners of the walls to make it difficult for the opponent to hit the ball back. Therefore, strategy and technique as well as speed and power are key elements, and it is not rare for elder players to beat younger ones. Players can adjust how much strength they use during rallies, which makes the sport a strategic and fun aerobic exercise.
