Today, we updated the Sport Information Guide for each competitions according to the new schedule of the Games (Friday, 13th May to Sunday, 29th May 2022), and posted on the Games website (※).
We would like to announce that we are proceeding to confirm your intention to participate in the Games, and work on securing spots for participating in the competition.

【Confirming your intention to participate in the Games and securing spots for participating in the competition, etc.】
Each competitions are scheduled to be held between Saturday, 14th May through Sunday, 29th May 2022, therefore based on the Games competition schedule (for the event which guideline is updated, please refer to the updated guideline for competition schedule as well) we would like to confirm your intention as follows.
In addition, please note that due to changes made for some event’s schedule, those who have registered for multiple events may not be able to participate in all competition due to overlapping schedule.
Therefore, if you have registered to the event where extra fees are required, please check e-mail which we will send to you separately, to reconfirm your intention of participation.

For those who are willing to participate in the Games
There are no need to take any further procedures, Games operation team will proceed to secure the spot for participating in the competition for you (※1,※2).
Therefore please check your entry information from My Page – will be released when the entry resumes Thursday, 13th May 2021【scheduled】 (※3) (it is also possible to cancel by yourself at this same timing).

For those who wish to cancel participation in the Games
Until 9:30 am on Monday, 22nd March 2021, you can cancel by yourself in the entry system (we will refund all amount excluding the handling fee of 5%). (※4)
In addition, it is also possible to cancel your participation by yourself (same amount of handling fee will apply) from the My Page which will be released when the entry resumes Thursday, 13th May 2021【scheduled】 (※3) , after confirming your entry information.
Moreover, if you cancel your participation between Monday, 22nd March and Thursday, 13th May 【scheduled】, please contact us using the inquiry form.

If you need to move the age category due to changes made for the event which you were planning to participate, the Games operation team will work on the necessary procedure.
In addition, even if the age category cannot be moved, in case of the event with challenge system, we will sustain the age category and the age category will be stay the same as you are currently registered.
Furthermore, please note that we may contact you individually, if adjustments are required in order to secure the spot for participating in the competition.

Please note that for disciplines which are entered by team/pair, please note that if there is a shortage of members of the team or role of coach etc., specified in the Sport Information Guide, we will consider that the team composition has not been completed and will be kept in the same age category that you are currently entered.

For events which are being adjusted as of 1 March, it may not be possible to resume entry on Thursday, 13th May 【scheduled】 (new entry, modify registered information, cancel registration). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
